Accurate Weight Co Ltd offer servicing on either a bespoke contract or callout basis.
Contract – This is the no worries option – we contact you when your service is due.
Callout – Your call us with your requirements
All service contracts are carried out within the month due. Callout services are carried out within an agreed timeframe with the customer – usually 2-5 days.
If an order no. is required we contact our customer 1 month in advance to create a ‘run’ for the month due. Our engineer visits to service and leaves a certificate on site for each scale, a label is placed onto the scale highlighting the date of service and the next date for calibration. A copy of this information is kept by us and collated onto out database, we then utilise this information to generate future certificates and log when the next service is due. Basically it is a simple tracking system to ensure continuity and conformity for our customers. The job is then invoiced to the relevant paying authority. If a repair is required we always attempt to do this on site however if it needs workshop attention it will be taken away for repair.
Our engineer attends site within the month of the agreed contract with a Contract callout sheet, the scales are serviced and a label highlighting the service date done together with the next due date are placed onto each scale. The callout sheet is signed on site and certificates are processed at Accurate Weight in house, signed off and forwarded to our customer upon completion. If a repair is required we always attempt to do this on site however if it needs workshop attention it will be taken away for repair.
Alternatively customers can monitor their own needs and call us out as and when required in accordance with their own quality standards; we just require a Purchase Order no. we can then attend site.
