Scale Repairs
Accurate Weight engineers collectively have 70 years’ experience in the repair of both electronic and mechanical weighing scales. Ongoing training and development ensures a wide knowledge of the major and even obscure manufacturers’ equipment on the market. We carry a range of spare parts in order to repair equipment in realtime, onsite, consequently affording minimum down time to our customers.
Response time
We aim to attend all callouts within 24 hours, if the equipment has to be uplifted to our workshop for attention we aim for a 3-day turnaround (depending on availability of parts). Our customers are kept fully informed if the is any deviation from the process.
What is the process
Our scale repair process follows a clear, structured approach to resolve faults efficiently and get your equipment back to full working order.
The customer reports a fault, we record the details, and a callout is logged against their purchase order number.
We attend within 24 hours and attempt to repair the equipment on site. If parts are required, the scale is uplifted and taken to our workshop.
The fault is fully assessed, costed and a repair quotation is sent to the customer for approval.
Once approved, parts are ordered and the equipment is repaired, calibrated and returned to site with all relevant paperwork.
